Who we share it with
We share your information only with the service providers (operators) that help us run the business, and only as far as they need it:

We will also disclose information if the law requires us to.

How we keep it secure
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. For example, this website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and your messages are kept in password-protected accounts.
How long we keep it
We keep your personal information only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or provide our services, and for as long as the law requires us to keep records, for example for tax purposes. After that, we delete it.
Your rights
Under POPIA, you have the right to:
- ask whether we hold personal information about you, and ask for a copy of it (access);
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date;
- ask us to delete information we no longer need or are not allowed to keep;
